How long does setup take?
About 30 minutes from signup to your first routed call. The AI Copilot walks you through buying a tracking number, building a basic IVR, and adding your first target. Most publishers are live the same day.
Do I need to change anything on my buyer side?
Buyers receive bid requests in the same JSON format the industry has standardized on. The only adjustment is verifying our HMAC signature header — one line of code on their side. We supply the secret + key rotation UI.
What does the AI Copilot actually do?
Three things. (1) Guided onboarding — walks you through the platform feature by feature. (2) In-app Q&A — answers questions about your live data (“why did this call fail?”). (3) Proactive optimization — flags targets that are degrading, filters that are over-blocking, or configuration that's redundant.
What about TCPA compliance and DNC scrubbing?
We ship in-band compliance hooks — caller-ID gating, dedupe windows, hours-of-operation per target — in every tier. Full litigator scrubbing + Jornaya / TrustedForm integration are on the Q3 2026 roadmap.
Can affiliates log in and see their own stats?
Yes. Invite affiliate operators by email; they get a magic-link login and a sanitized portal showing only their clicks, calls, conversions, and earnings. No exposure of bidder details or other affiliates' data.
