By accessing or using LeadPulse and SalesPulse (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

LeadPulse and SalesPulse provide:

• Lead management and CRM tools for insurance agents
• Automated follow-up systems
• Pipeline tracking and reporting
• Team collaboration features
• Integration with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Gmail)

3. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years old
• Legally able to enter into binding contracts
• Using the Services for lawful business purposes

4. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You may not:

• Share your account with others
• Create multiple accounts
• Impersonate another person or entity

5. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

• We offer a 30-day free trial (no credit card required)
• You may cancel at any time during the trial
• After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Services

Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

Cancellation

• You may cancel through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
• You retain access until the end of your paid period
• We do not provide refunds for partial months

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Spam or harass other users
• Attempt to hack or breach our security
• Use the Services for illegal insurance practices

8. Google API Services

When you connect Google services:

• You authorize us to access specified Google data
• Our use complies with Google API Services User Data Policy
• You can revoke access at any time through Google settings
• We only access data necessary to provide requested features

9. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

• We own all rights to the Services, including software, designs, and trademarks
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our Services
• “LeadPulse,” “SalesPulse,” and our logos are our trademarks

Your Rights

• You retain all rights to your data
• We grant you a limited license to use the Services during your subscription

10. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance with notice when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
• WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR SECURE

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

13. Termination

By You

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the Services in a way that harms us or other users

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Services ends immediately
• You may export your data within 30 days
• We may delete your data after 90 days

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will:

• Notify you of material changes via email
• Post the updated Terms on our website
• Update the “Last Updated” date

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to:

16. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, USA.

Arbitration

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except:

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.

Assignment
