SalesPulse Inc. ("SalesPulse," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Fajardo, Puerto Rico, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our platform, website, and related services (the "Service").

1.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, insurance license information, and agency affiliation when you register.
- Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our third-party payment processors (Stripe and Square). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- CRM Data: Contacts, leads, notes, documents, appointments, and communications you create or upload to the platform.
- Communications: Emails, messages, and support requests you send to us.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken, browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
- Call Data: Call recordings, AI-generated transcripts, call duration, caller/recipient numbers, and call outcomes (when you use our calling features).
- Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to analyze usage and improve the Service. See our Cookie Policy section below.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- OAuth Providers: If you sign in with Google or another provider, we receive your name and email address.
- Marketplace Data: If you participate in the lead marketplace, we process lead and transaction information between buyers and sellers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Facilitate lead marketplace transactions between buyers and sellers.
- Generate AI-powered call transcripts, summaries, and analytics.
- Send transactional communications (receipts, alerts, updates).
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Generate aggregated, anonymized analytics to improve the platform.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the Service, including Supabase (database hosting), Twilio (telephony), Stripe/Square (payments), and cloud infrastructure providers. These providers are contractually required to protect your data.
- Marketplace Participants: When you buy or sell leads, relevant contact and transaction information is shared between buyer and seller as necessary to complete the transaction.
- Agency Administrators: If you are part of an agency on SalesPulse, your agency administrator may access your activity, call logs, and performance data within the platform.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity.
4. Cookie Policy
We use the following categories of cookies:
- Essential Cookies: Required for the Service to function (session management, authentication, CSRF protection). Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how visitors use the Service (e.g., Google Analytics). Used to improve performance and user experience.
- Marketing Cookies: Used for advertising and retargeting (e.g., Facebook Pixel). Help us measure campaign effectiveness.
Websites built with our Website Builder feature include a cookie consent banner that allows visitors to manage their cookie preferences. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
Do Not Track: Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is currently no industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals. We do not currently respond to DNT signals, but you can manage your cookie preferences using the tools described above.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, we retain your data for 30 days (to allow recovery), after which it is permanently deleted. We may retain certain data longer as required by law (e.g., billing records, call logs for regulatory compliance).
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
7.1 All Users
- Access, update, or delete your account information at any time through the platform settings.
- Export your data using the platform's export features.
- Opt out of marketing communications by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
7.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising).
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
7.3 EU/EEA Residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you may have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to access, rectification, erasure, data portability, restriction of processing, and the right to object to processing. Our legal bases for processing include: performance of our contract with you (providing the Service), legitimate interests (improving the Service, fraud prevention), compliance with legal obligations, and your consent (where applicable, such as for marketing communications). 8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised.
