Built for IMOs and FMOs

Run your IMO on one platform. From level ladder to override settlement.

Claim your directory entry, publish your producer and builder ladders, bulk import rate cards across every carrier, and settle override commissions automatically four levels deep. The whole organization on one billing relationship.

Custom pricing for 100+ rep organizations. Pre-seeded directory for Experior, Symmetry, Family First Life, Equis, and others.
Levels and rate cards

Build your producer and builder ladders once. Every rep inherits.

Configure your career path the way your IMO actually runs it. Producer track for sell-only. Builder track for recruit and sell. Each level gets its own carrier rate cards with FYC, renewal, and chargeback windows. Solo agents you assign to a level pick up the synced rates automatically; manual overrides always win when a carrier negotiates direct.

  • Eight-level Experior-style ladder seeded for one-click setup
  • Bulk CSV import for ladders with hundreds of rate cards
  • Point-in-time effective dates so historical settlements stay accurate when you publish a new rate sheet
  • Per-level invite links generate signup URLs that auto-assign the level on first login

Override math

Overrides settle the day a policy is issued. No spreadsheets.

Pick difference-of-levels (the default for most producer ladders) and each upline earns the percentage difference between their level and the writer's. Pick generational instead and each builder-track upline earns an additional flat percent per generation per the rate card's bonus array. The engine snapshots the rate at application date so future rate changes never break old settlements.

  • Difference-of-levels or generational, configurable per IMO
  • Override chain walks the full upline. Up to 99 levels deep
  • Settlement timestamps each rate. Republishing a rate card does not retroactively change earned commissions
  • Accruals roll into the existing agency disbursement run

Hierarchy

Sub-agencies, sub-sub-agencies, and every rep below. One org chart.

When a top producer hits the recruit threshold (or anytime you want), promote them to their own sub-agency. They get their own dashboard, their own invite codes, their own seat count, and they pay their own subscription. You keep the override on everything they write and everything their downline writes. The org chart renders the whole tree recursively.

  • Promote-from-within or invite-by-email, both wire the upline
  • Sub-agency owners pay their own plan. No double billing on reps under sub-agencies
  • Org chart and override engine recurse to any depth
  • Parent agency sees aggregate stats across the whole subtree in one place

Everything an IMO actually needs.

Built specifically for the level-and-override model. Not adapted from a single-agent CRM.

Setup checklist

Five-step onboarding panel walks every new IMO owner through claim, levels, rate cards, override strategy, and first sub-agency. Disappears once done.

Bulk rate-card import

CSV upload covers 5,000 cards per shot. Carrier names match case-insensitively, products normalize aliases (FE, final_expense, etc.), duplicates auto-skip on re-import.

Verified claim flow

Directory entries are reviewed before anyone gets owner rights. Two IMOs can't both claim the same brand.

Rate-card versioning

Update a rate effective next quarter and the new percentage applies to policies issued from that date forward. Old settlements keep their original rate.

Auto-promote

Set a recruit threshold (default 5) and producers cross it automatically into their own sub-agency. You keep the override.

Add carriers as you grow

Don't see a small regional in the directory? Add it inline from the rate-card dialog. Aliases and substring matches prevent duplicate entries.

Stop running your IMO out of spreadsheets.

Custom pricing, white-glove onboarding, dedicated account team. Most IMOs migrate their full ladder in one afternoon.
