SalesPulse Marketplace

SalesPulse Marketplace is SalesPulse's live inbound call marketplace. Real insurance buyers are matched to available agents in real time — you spend 1 call credit per connected call, with no ad spend, no monthly minimums, and no long-term contracts. You buy credits for the lead pools you want to receive; the credit price is set per pool.

How the Marketplace Works

1

A consumer requests insurance help

Buyers find SalesPulse-powered listings through search ads, organic results, and partner sites. They fill out a short form indicating their insurance need (life, Medicare, Final Expense, annuity, etc.).

2

The system routes the call

The buyer's phone rings immediately. When they answer, they're connected to the SalesPulse routing system, which matches the call to the right lead pool and rings an available, licensed agent in that pool — based on state, product, and availability.

3

Your SalesPulse softphone rings

Your browser or device rings just like a normal inbound call. You see the lead's name, state, product interest, and phone number before you answer.

4

You take the call

Accept the call and you're live with the buyer. The call is recorded (with consent), logged to your CRM, and you can take notes and add pipeline status in real time.

5

You're billed 1 credit

When the call connects to you, 1 call credit is deducted from that pool's credits. While you're Available, a call you miss also uses 1 credit — set yourself to Paused whenever you can't answer. Pings that never reach you are not charged.

Setting Up the Marketplace

  1. 1

    Complete your agent profile

Go to Settings → Profile. Add your name, photo, bio, and licensed states. Buyers see your profile before connecting.

  2. 2

    Buy credits for a pool

Go to Marketplace, choose a lead pool that matches your states and products, and buy credits for it. Credits are charged to your card and available immediately. Calls only route to agents who have credits in that pool.

  3. 3

    Set your availability

In Marketplace → Availability, set the hours you want to receive calls and which product types you handle (Life, Medicare, FE, Annuities). You can toggle on/off instantly.

  4. 4

    Select your call types

Filter the types of calls you want: state, product, lead type. You only pay for calls that match your filters.

  5. 5

Make sure your softphone is active

Open your SalesPulse dashboard in Chrome and grant microphone permissions. Marketplace calls ring in the browser — the tab must be open to receive calls.

Call Quality & Guarantees

Real-time connection

No pre-recorded messages or press-1 campaigns. Buyers are live on the line when they connect to you.

Intent-verified buyers

Every caller has taken a deliberate action to request insurance help in the last 5 minutes.

You control your availability

Toggle Available only when you're ready to answer. While Paused or offline, you receive nothing and pay nothing. While Available, both connected and missed calls use 1 credit, so pause whenever you step away.

Dispute policy

If a call is spam, wrong number, or clearly not interested, submit a dispute within 24 hours for a full review.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of insurance calls are available?
The SalesPulse Marketplace offers calls for: Term Life, Whole Life, Final Expense, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, ACA/Health, and Fixed Annuities. Availability varies by state and volume.
Can I set a daily or weekly call budget?
Yes. Go to Marketplace → Settings → Budget Limits to set a max calls per day or per week. Once the limit is hit, you're automatically set to unavailable for the day.
What states can I receive calls in?
All 50 US states. Filter by state to only receive calls from states where you're licensed.
What happens if I miss a call?
If you're set to Available, the call rang you and a missed call still uses 1 credit — so set yourself to Paused whenever you can't answer and no calls (or charges) come through. Missed calls appear in your call log so you can attempt a callback.
Is there a minimum number of calls I have to take?
No. The Marketplace is completely on-demand. Toggle availability on when you're ready and off when you're not.
