Billing & Refund Policy

This Billing & Refund Policy describes how billing, payments, cancellations, and refunds work for the SalesPulse platform operated by SalesPulse Inc. By subscribing to a paid plan or making a purchase through the Service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Subscription Plans

1.1 Plan Types

SalesPulse offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Standard Agent ($79/month): Full CRM, sales tools, AnnuityPro suite, bulk messaging, unlimited phone numbers, and Pulse AI Assistant.
  • Premium Recruiter ($129/month): Everything in Standard plus recruiting pipeline, candidate management, job postings, and recruiting dashboard.
  • Agency Plans: Custom pricing for agencies with multiple agents. Contact us for details.

1.2 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup date. Payment is processed automatically using the payment method on file. You will receive a receipt via email for each charge.

1.3 Price Changes

We may adjust subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next billing cycle. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

2. Free Trial

New users on the Standard plan receive a 30-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to all Standard features. At the end of the trial:

  • If you have added a payment method, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable monthly fee.
  • If you have not added a payment method, your access to paid features will be suspended. Your data will be preserved for 90 days.

We will not charge you without your explicit consent. You will receive email reminders before your trial ends.

3. Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by our payment processors (Stripe and Square). You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again and notify you. Continued payment failure may result in suspension of your account.

4. Cancellation

4.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at sales@salespulse.app or by calling (787) 965-4777. We are working on adding a self-service cancellation option to the platform.

4.2 Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle. After your subscription ends:

  • Your data will be preserved for 30 days.
  • You may export your data during this period using the platform's export features.
  • After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted unless required to be retained by law.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds or credits at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Service Outage: If the Service experiences a significant outage (more than 24 consecutive hours) that materially impacts your ability to use the platform, you may request a pro-rated credit.
  • Billing Error: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., double-charged or charged after cancellation), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
  • First Month: If you cancel within the first 14 days of your first paid billing cycle (not including the free trial), you may request a full refund.

5.2 Marketplace Refunds (Lead Purchases)

Refunds for leads purchased through the SalesPulse Marketplace are governed by the Lead Return Policy. In general:

  • Leads may be eligible for a credit if they contain invalid contact information, are duplicates, or do not meet the specifications of the product listing.
  • Credit requests must be submitted within the return window specified in the product listing (typically 24–72 hours).
  • Credits are issued to your marketplace balance, not as cash refunds, unless your account is being closed.

5.3 Usage-Based Charges

Charges for usage-based features (e.g., phone minutes, SMS messages, AI processing) are non-refundable once consumed. If you believe you were charged incorrectly for usage, contact us and we will investigate.

6. Taxes

Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any sales tax, use tax, VAT, or similar taxes imposed by your jurisdiction. We will collect and remit taxes where required by law.

7. Disputes

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us at sales@salespulse.app before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
